Hi, my name is Kien Truc.
In the past, I remember having a lot of ideas. Most of them were designed to save labor, provide a certain convenience, or simply for fun.
However, I am quite lazy to think now because almost everything I want to have or want to know is available on the internet. This is good if we can master ourselves, but it is very bad if we are caught up in the huge information vortex on it.
With a bit of technical knowledge I have learned, I decided to build this channel to preserve and share my ideas, and I hope to inspire people who share the same passion.

DIY Portable Monitor
Building a external/portable monitor from an old laptop screen is a fun and easy project that anyone can do at home. It's a great way to upcycle an old laptop and give it a new life. I added a TV box to mine to make it even more functional and stylish.
Here are the materials I used:
+ 5mm MDF wood
+ 3mm PVC plastic
+ 13660x768 40pin display controller board
+ External speakers from an old laptop

DIY USB SWITCH for Cheap

In this video I will make myself a usb switch using cheap and readily available old components. Although it's simple, it solved the problem that I wanted to control my 2 computers with only one keyboard. Soooo cool! I think the market is really lacking in this area, I would love to have a thick chonky laptop with a real keyboard built like the old panisonic tough book, pretty much like what he has built only with a closing screen and perhalps with swappable comonents! I would buy it

I think it's for being able to see the keyboard because it's not RGB or maybe the desk in front of him. I have an old laptop with a light built into the top of the screen like that. Really nice to have in a dark room.

this is really impressive.
You can convert any laptop into a desktop by going into settings and set “Action on closing the lid” to “Do Nothing”. With an external keyboard and external mouse and external monitor (via HDMI) you now have a full desktop experience after closing the lid.

Hey, man... I love the project. The final look is very Blade Runner or Ghost in the Shell style. I would like to do the same thing if I had an old laptop. To me, more than a tech project, this is a piece of art project I would love to have on my desk just for fun. In fact, I might buy an old laptop on eBay just to play with it the way you did. The only thing here, get rid of Windows and install a very cool Linux OS.

Projekt wyszedl ciekawie nawet dobrze. Ale metody wybrales bardzo pracochlonne. Brawo za wytrwałość. Kiedys sobie zbuduje podobny ale oparty na plycie ITX stacjonarnego komputera. Łatwiej z rozszerzeniami. Cos no. Z procesorem ryzen 5600g powino byc wydajne i nawet mozna gre uruchomic. A cena akceptowalna. Pozdrawiam
